c) Paint: every door is sandblasted, degreased and phosphated for exceptional
powder coat adhesion
d) Frame: each door is constructed of heavy gauge steel with mitered top corners to
eliminate water collection and the need for unsightly plastic caps
e) Glass: all doors come with tempered safety glass with a weather stripped frame to
keep wind and moisture out
f) Hinges: there are five 3 - 3/4" ornamental aluminum hinges
g) Lock: no door would be complete without a heavy duty double deadbolt lock
h) Closer: provide a heavy duty pneumatic door closer with shock absorber storm
chain for a gentle closure
i) Jamb: doors seal tightly on our insulated frame. Plush pole weather stripping and
two rubber bottom sweep expanders prevent heating and cooling loss
j) Hinge pins: two hardened steel stationary dead vault pins provide 4 - way locking
