Detailed Insulated Glass Description
Insulated glass is made by two or more piece glass through quadratic gum. During the
making, and then fill the first
layer of butyl rubber in air space and put the frame between two pieces of
glass, insert the aluminum rack which has desiccant, and lastly make Thiokol, polyurethane rubber and silicone rubber. The
interspace of insulated glass is filled with dry air or other gas.
Insulated glass can decrease the heat transmission in the environment of indoor
and outdoor, and lower the expenses of air - conditioner and reduce the energy
consumption. It can enhance the thermal resistivity of insulated glass if using
reflective glass. It has good soundproof function so the indoor circumstance is more
comfortable. It is good in heat insulation, sound insulation and heat
preservation.
