This machine has four columns with oil press, the max. pressure is 150MT. The piston rod is
chromate treated, assuring the main cylinder good seal ability and long life. It features small dimension, and simple structure, lightweight, low noise, steady pressure, convenient operation and easy maintenance.
a) All main cylinders of this machine adopt cast steel, then they are processed
delicately by inner and outer diameter cylindrical grinder.
b) The four working desktops of this machine can be operated at the same time,
equipped with up - down excursion limiting switch, to make gland come to some
excursion and elevate automatically, that highly improves working efficiency.
c) Pressure can be adjusted according to mold dimensions.
d) If the mold is changed, it can press various cement production, with length side
less than 500mm.
