booties and mittens will protect and encourage the natural moisturizing agents
already in your hands and feet.
Instructions:
a) Have high and medium heat settings
b) Prior to use turn the switch to the high position and let them heat
for 15 minutes
c) Remove all polish from hands and feet
d) Apply cuticle formula and hand or body cream and massage thoroughly
over hands and fingers, feet and toes
e) Place hands and feet into liners first and then into mittens or
booties
f) Lower the heat setting to medium
g) Leave the mittens or booties in place for 15 minutes
