The standard production system comprises a main machine,
tumbler drier, capsule conveyor, control panel and auxiliary components.
This standard production system produces soft gelatin capsules with different
shapes which is provided a unique dosage presentation for pharmaceuticals,
foodstuffs and cosmetics in the form of non - aqueous liquids, oils, suspensions
and pastes. Final stage drying is
carried out in a drying room. The temperature of the whole system is controlled specially, injection segment and spreader boxes of the main machine are
manufactured by special material, and
the die rolls, while the tumbler drier is stainless steel. The quality of pharmaceutical
products meets the requirements of Chinese Phamacopeia, BP and USP.
Soft gelatin capsules are continuously formed and simultaneously filled by the
encapsulating machine and carried by a stainless steel chain conveyor to
tumbler drier for 1st stage drying. It is important that
this system is designed precisely for the preparation of both the gelatin base
which forms the capsule shell, and the product to be encapsulated. The tumbler drier has five revolving, four of which are fed with conditioned air,
cylindrical baskets, the capsules
being transferred progressively through the baskets.
The characteristics of this system are in correspondence with the similar
machines sold in the international market. We could
produce the soft encapsulating machine, necessary accessories and spare parts,
according to the customers requests. The new model Borizon gelatin conveyor is
safe and has a lower working house requirement, which uses compressed air to
sent gelatin to the ribbon made structure.
