Detailed Toilet Roll Production Line Description
This whole production line including 4 machines, The raw material will be put on
the ZQ - III - E rewinder for unwinding, perforating, embossing, then rewinding into paper
logs, then the paper logs will be transferred to the CZ - I Log accumulator , later
will be transported to the DH - I for cutting
into short pieces, the last step is toilet roll will be packed on the JZ - I toilet
rolls packing machine. the whole line is fully automatic. it is the ideal production
line for toilet and kitchen towel producer.
