Detailed Normal Pressure Washing, Filling & Capping Machine Description
Features:
a) The bottle - necks are cramped and bottles are suspended during
operation which avoids many malfunctions caused by thinner bottle
body or different highness of bottles. The gravity fixed liquid surface filling is used,
which fast and accurately controls the amount of liquid and the
dropping and leakage will be avoided. This design also reduces
dramatically the equipped number of changeable parts, and make it
more convenient and quickly to change into another type of bottles
b) The most advanced technology from Japan and Germany is
introduced in this design.
c) Spring cramps are used in the bottle washing process. With two
times of internal and external washing, the efficiency of bottle washing
is high. The empty
bottles can be over 180 degrees along the conveying rail.
d) The magnetic torque is used for screw capping and the power of
screw capping can be adjusted without steps. The amount of the drink in the storage tank
can be controlled automatically. The power of the screw
capping can also be fixed, and the caps will not be damaged.
e) Horizontal swirl air power caps sorting device is used to avoid
damaging the surface of the caps, and when there is a shortage of
caps in the caps storage tank, an alarm signal will be generated and
the caps will be fed automatically
f) The whole machine is controlled by PLC with touch - screen of the
human - machine interface. The filing and capping will be stopped
automatically when no bottle left or wrongly cramped
g) The frequency changing technology is used to adjust the operation
speed without step and the production capacity can be displayed
digitally and adjusted conveniently
h) All parts that have direct contact with water are made of SUS304
stainless steel. The pneumatic devices are
imported from Japan and Italy
i) The function of the CGF16 / 12 / 6 3 on one machine is based on the
above items with a few modifications. The critical electronic components are imported
Mitsubishi (), and Omron branded.
