drying and boiling; diffusant in papermaking; slow corrosion, dispersing medium,
floating agent, high temperature agglomerant,
detergent and soil analytical chemical reagent
b) Food applications: food additive agent, PH adjusting agent and
fermentation agent, and nourishment additive
